Welcome to LineForge ("the Service"), an AI-powered coloring page generator operated by PrintsOnYourWall.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using LineForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading content, or using any feature of LineForge, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full.

2. Description of Service

LineForge is an AI-powered platform that converts photographs and text prompts into printable coloring page line art. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature access, generation limits, and licensing rights.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

Free accounts receive limited generations per month. Content generated on the Free and Creator tiers is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use requires a Pro Publisher or Studio Elite plan.

4.2 Paid Plans (Creator, Studio)

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.3 Commercial Licensing

Commercial use of generated coloring pages requires a Pro Publisher plan or higher. Free and Creator tier users may not sell, license, or commercially distribute generated content.

5. Content You Upload

5.1 Ownership and Rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process any image you submit to LineForge. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploads do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Contains copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks you do not own (including but not limited to Disney, Marvel, Pokémon, Nintendo, DC Comics, or any other third-party intellectual property)
• Depicts real persons (including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals) without their explicit written consent
• Contains nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Depicts graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content promoting harm to any person or animal
• Contains hate symbols, slurs, extremist imagery, or content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Contains images of minors that you do not have parental/guardian authority over
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Is designed to harass, defame, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

5.3 Content Screening

We employ automated content moderation systems to detect and block prohibited content. However, these systems are not perfect. We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, without notice and without obligation to provide a reason.

5.4 Photo Upload Privacy

Images uploaded for photo-to-coloring conversion are processed and stored in your private account. Photo-based generations are never published to the public gallery. All uploaded images have metadata (EXIF, GPS, camera data) automatically stripped for your privacy. You may delete your uploaded images and generated content at any time.

6. Content You Generate

6.1 AI-Generated Content

Coloring pages generated by LineForge are created using AI models. While we make every effort to produce original content, AI-generated images may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial use to ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.

6.2 License Grant to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your subscription tier:

• Free tier: You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use generated content for personal enjoyment, classroom use, and gifts.
• Creator tier ($9/mo): You receive a personal, non-commercial license. Content may be used for personal projects, classrooms, gifts, and social media sharing, but may not be sold or commercially distributed.
• Pro Publisher tier ($19/mo): You receive a standard commercial license to sell generated content as digital downloads, in print-on-demand products, on marketplaces (Etsy, KDP, TPT), and in your own coloring books. Unlimited copies. No attribution required.
• Studio Elite tier ($39/mo): You receive an extended commercial license covering all Pro Publisher rights, plus white-label rights, sublicensing, client/freelance work, physical merchandise, and use in commercial products where the coloring page is a component (packaging, apps, marketing materials).

6.3 License Grant to LineForge

By generating content through our text-prompt system, you grant LineForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content in our public gallery for promotional and SEO purposes. Photo-based generations are excluded from this license and remain private. You may request removal of any gallery content by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

The LineForge platform, including its design, code, AI models, brand elements, and curated gallery content, is the property of PrintsOnYourWall.com and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

8. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on LineForge infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request through our DMCA page. We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. See our full DMCA Takedown Policy for details.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintsOnYourWall.com, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you upload or generate through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEFORGE AND PRINTSONYOURWALL.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be free from resemblance to copyrighted works.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, uploading prohibited content, repeated DMCA complaints, abuse of generation limits, or any activity that threatens the integrity or security of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content you have already downloaded remains subject to the licensing terms of your subscription at the time of generation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Monroe County, New York.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
