DMCA Takedown Policy

LineForge ("we", "us", "our"), operated by PrintsOnYourWall.com, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using LineForge.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through LineForge infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on LineForge where the material can be found. Please provide enough detail for us to locate the content.
  3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name constitutes an electronic signature).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Western District of New York if outside the United States).
  4. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original DMCA notification or their agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and take action within 48 hours.

Misrepresentation Warning

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
